Everything was explained very well by the 2 men who came to the house. They offered options for the type of roofing and shingles that I needed, along with pricing and how the project was going to be done. They gave me the estimates for what I needed done and offered financing which helped with the cost. The work was finished as they predicted and the workers did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. Several issues emerged after "install"--I emailed and provided photos so that all was in writing and acknowledged by Timeproof. They never returned to stand by the work or correct it. They laid the shingles over a 14" hole that they were supposed to repair as part of the job. Absolute neglect as they pretended to do the job and will not communicate now. Seeking resolution with the Aqua finance company is without results, too.

My family had a horrific experience with a high pressure salesman who came to give us an estimate on a new roof. He was in our home, going over his script, when my dad told him he didn't need all the extra sales pitch and numbers from some magazine just the estimate, and he got rude and said he didn't understand what he meant, then continued on.
