Had my son's 10th birthday party today at bayfair timezone and we had Ricardo as our party host this man deserves a raise beautiful service,very helpful and he does these beautiful cards for the birthday kids just overall happy with how everything went today. Absolutely fantastic 7th birthday party! We Celebrated my son's 6th birthday over the weekend and the team prior to booking had answered all my questions right down to suggesting what times are quite and not as packed. We booked in for 4pm on Saturday and it was just perfect. The team went over and beyond to make it a easy transition for us. Had my daughter’s 6th birthday here. It was epic. They all had the absolute best time. The manager Kaela made us feel so welcome and the party host Isabelle did a great job rounding up the kids and helping the day run smoothly. Isabelle also did the cutest pic on her card. #talented
I was in this morning and had the most amazing experience with a staff member, Kaela. She was so helpful and we ended up chatting about our love of plushie. My family and I spend a lot of time at many different timezones and besides our home one, this was the best service I have had. Well done for having such a cool member 🥰
