We recently celebrated my son’s birthday at Time One Botany Town Centre, and while the kids had a wonderful time, I have to flag a significant issue with the party room. Our host, Harry, was fantastic, supportive, helpful, and great with the kids throughout the 3-5pm party. That part of the experience was excellent. Our team had the best time at this time zone. Much preferred over the larger outdoor one simply because the bowling felt a lot more intimate with a big group and staff were great. Thank you to Jordan who was so helpful the whole time our team was there and made the experience feel super special!
We had our sons birthday here in June who turned 8. Our host Alex was absolutely the best hands down and turned our not so positive experience previously into a game changing positive experience this time round. Alex was attentive, fun, caring and had an amazing attitude towards the kids but also the rest of us. Shout out to the manager here, Nise, she is literally the epitome of great customer service. I came in with my daughter & my nephews, they were already being headaches but she was so patient & attentive toward us, she was warm & my kids responded to her well, she made sure we were okay & just went above & beyond for a single mother (for the night 😆) who wanted to bring the kids out hahaha So if y’all have kids, young ones, trust that you’ll be looked after here @ Timezone esp if Nise is there 🥹 Timezone Botany is defs one... read more
My son loves the place. It is not overly crowded and has 4 bowling lanes. The bowling lanes are self accessible using the Timezone card, not like Zone Bowling, which you need to pay for bowling separate at the counter.
