Nothing was too hard from start to finish. The Cairns team were very accommodating and friendly during prebooking and had explained what was included...even included a reminder call 2 days prior to event. Our Host Aya was amazing. Dunno how she Kept the 10 boys busy and entertained, but did it with a smile. Thanks again team....what a day

Paid $55 for my daughter to enjoy some time there . Asked if I could have the key to the toilets and was told there not open . Didn’t try and help at all so was very difficult to enjoy our time there . I work in hospitality and go out of my way to help someone in that situation as our toilets are closed to the public. A family place with no toilet place is terrible

Great place, nice atmosphere, cool and air conditioned area, friendly staff and totally recommend it. Nice location, easy to park your car and many option to entertain yourself and your family.

The team at Timezone Cairns were amazing for my son’s birthday party. Our party host, Maya, looked after us and ensured even our youngest party goers knew what to do and were having as much fun as everyone else. Thanks for making my son’s birthday the “best ever!”
