Georgie was an incredible, pleasant and friendly host. I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service she showed as well as how great she was with the kids and organising them to make sure everything was smooth and running to plan. Highly recommend timezone Charlestown for a birthday party if you are after a stress free, fun and enjoyable environment.
My daughter had her birthday party there and the party host Robbie was amazing. Robbie really interacted with the children and the adults . Robbie interacted with each children and didn’t leave any out. Robbie always had a smile on their face and never seemed like it was a chore. If anyone has a party here I highly recommend Robbie
My son had his birthday party at Timezone Charlestown recently and we couldn’t fault it. Our host Julia was an absolute angel. From the moment we stepped foot in, she ran through the process and was supervising the kids the whole time, playing some games with them, and making sure some of the shyer kids were involved and taken care of. The party room itself is amazing too, so much space, with a fridge and basic kitchen amenities made everything so much easier to organise. Had a children’s party here. Hosts Lucy and Charlee were very keen to make sure we had a good experience, including timing and interaction with kids. As you only get a party room for the final 45 minutes, a suggestion would be to provide a little more than the bar stools that we had for the majority of the party time. Overall, a great party experience that was definitely value for money in the end :)
Robbie was amazing! She was beyond helpful and fun for the girls birthday party and showed so much kindness and patience throughout the whole 2.5hrs. Thanks to the other workers who were there and assisted when needed with the same patience and kindness for every girl.
