I had a great time. The staff were lovely, special shout out to Brooke who was cheerful and super nice. Otherwise tons of games, everything was clean, my kid loved the prizes and the games were well priced. Will definitely go again.

Timezone Fountain Gate is one of the best family entertainment venues in Narre Warren. The arcade has a great variety of games for kids of all ages, from exciting racing games to fun skill challenges. The venue is clean, well-maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The prize area keeps children motivated and excited. My kids always have a fantastic time here, making wonderful memories. A great place for family outings, birthday celebrations, and hours of fun-filled entertainment.

We love this place, the staff are always super friendly and helpful. Phie made my daughter feel special celebrating her high scores on the new drumming game with her. Always clean and a great range of prizes

Went there with friends and had a ball of a time. The atmosphere and vibes are super fun. The place is clean and well maintained, and the folks there provided excellent customer service whenever we had any questions.

I came in on the 10th of April 2026 at 8:30pm. There was a very attractive young girl on the desk. I can’t remember but I think her name was Nya. (What a beautiful name) She was extremely nice and helped with all of my questions in relation to ticket pricing for the prizes. 10/10 experience. I will 100% Defs be coming back.
