Staff were very kind,polite and helpful with concerns of the machines. Enjoyed how they hosted the party, guest engaged well in the party and games because of the staff. good job timezone gateway 2. kudos!!!
Great place to have fun for both the kids and adults. Claw machine, shooting games, racing games, VR rides, and even a small bowling alley is available here. The machines are not as numerous compared to the old gateway location but I guess they did not take the old games and are going for a clean look in this new location. Ticket games are still available and they are modern. Reception is good and they have promos apart from the regular load promo.
Had my cousins’ celebration here and it was a lot of fun. We had one house of unlimited play (blue and red swipers only), had some food and even a surprise appearance from Jollibee, games, and even vouchers afterwards. Had a ton of fun!
We had such a great time at timezone! The place was lively and clean. What really made our visit special was the wonderful service from nixs. She was friendly, patient, and went out of her way to assist us with the machines and prizes. Thank you, nixs and x ment, for your wonderful service we’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends
I had such a great time at the arcade! The place was fun, clean, and had a lot of exciting games to choose from. I especially enjoyed playing bowling — it was definitely the highlight of my visit. I also want to commend Angie, one of the staff members. She was very friendly, approachable, and made sure everything was running smoothly. Her warm attitude and helpfulness made the experience even better. Thank you, Angie, for the great service! I’ll definitely be coming back soon. 🎳👏
