We celebrated our friend’s birthday here on Saturday, and we had such a wonderful experience. Our family loves Timezone—we’ve even celebrated our own children’s birthdays at the Sunshine Coast location. Across every Timezone we’ve visited, we’ve always been impressed by the high standard of customer service, but this visit truly stood out. We had our son’s 6th birthday celebration here. Ruby was a fantastic party host from start to finish. Awesome with kids and readily available to help. We had a wonderful experience here! She was fantastic—she guided us through the party room, safely stored our cake in the fridge, and even helped us cut and serve it to our guests. We really appreciate her incredible effort and excellent service. Thank you!
Ruby was an outstanding party host for our son's birthday party. She was friendly, enthusiastic, patient and extremely organised. She explained the activities clearly, kept the children engaged, managed the timing perfectly and was always happy to help with any questions. The hosts were amazing (Lara and Maya) really helped with timing, keeping an eye on the kids, helping to coordinate the fun and we’re so kind to let us take our time in the room! All Of the phone staff were great too since I had typed the wrong time on our invitation they helped by reshuffling things around. My only criticism would be that I wish there had been a speaker for pass the parcel!
The staff at Indooroopilly timezone are always the kindest and most attentive staff i have met for a long time. The are always willing to lean a hand and help make sure that you are having the best time you can. I special mention to the male manager who always greets us with a warm welcome.
