My boyfriend and I have been coming to Timezone lakeside in Joondalup every week. We absolutely love spending time there. Great selection of games and Richie is so amazingly helpful and friendly. Thanks to Richie we now are proud parents of a few giant plush 😊😊 by far the best timezone in WA. We've been to all the others and the Lakeside one is by far our favourite. Our experience is usually always pleasant at LakesideJoondalup TZ, but today that was surpassed solely by the customer service and charismatic nature of staff Member Richie. They were lovely, helpful and really added to another level of positive experience. If I were a business owner, I’d only too happily have them as our welcome face to the venue. 10/10 customer service
I just wanted to say Hannah was so lovely the other day. One of the games wasn’t recording the tickets correctly and she manually added the tickets for me after seeing proof the reel had dropped. We had a good conversation and she was so friendly. 😊
ZACK is a bloody legend 🤘🏼 He helped me get two new cards with everything transferred over as i lost my purse as well as helping my daughter. He is sweet, proper, polite and he presented well. Good management material. Thanks mate. Made our day and experience better than before.
Summer was our party hostess with the most. She made every child feel loved and gave them all individual attention. It was a fantastic couple of hours. She made everything so easy 😊
