Shout-out to an absolutely brilliant party! 🎉 From the moment we arrived, the staff were so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Chloe W was our party host and she was amazing — the kids adored her! My eldest daughter had such a great time at her little brother’s party that she’s already decided she wants her own party there too. Highly recommend! 🙌
The staff have always been very nice every time ive been. The venue is extremely clean since its relatively new, and the layout is pretty good, its not overly crowded like other places i wont mention. I am a bit disappointed in the lack of games though, like there are very many games, yes, but basically all of them are made to drain your wallet way too fast with little return. Omg this place is amazinggggg, the staff that helped me nesha, Anaya and lilli were super friendly and kind. Def worth a visit. And a game of air hockey and the point shop always has so much variety and is always fully stocked. Bring out your inner child x
I was pleasantly surprised on how great the opening of the new Mandurah store was . The atmosphere was great and my family had loads of fun. The staff were really helpful especially Jacqui whom went above and beyond to help with our enquiries . Nothing was too much trouble .
Have now taken my kids here a few times and today they are running a promotion to receive a Mario plush when you reload a certain amount. They saw I had three kids with me. One is only three months old and offered a extra plush for my second youngest. This simple kindness made my kids day. She didn't know it was my oldest birthday today or that he's favourite franchise is Mario.
