We booked TimeZone Nelson for a 7 year old birthday party last Sunday 7th June, and we glad we did! Central location in the city (we ordered our cupcakes nextdoor!), the party private room was handy, colorful, clean and spacious with a cozy sofa and small pantry. We had an incredible experience at **Nelson Timezone** for our son's 6th birthday party! The venue was perfect, with plenty of games and activities to keep all the kids entertained. Our host Tayla, was absolutely fantastic! She was so attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly, and she even helped with the dishes, which was such a thoughtful touch. I booked out Timezone Nelson for our staff party (appx 50 guests ages 20-50) and we had an absolute blast! Alongside playing the normal games, the awesome staff also put on a dance competition and treasure hunts with prizes. Highly recommended for groups of all ages - fantastic experience!
Average birthday experience, 'party host' didn't do anything to keep party on track so only 15 minutes rushed food and cake at the end when I realized. Didn't get the photo booth like I asked and said the points go on our cards which they don't so wasted lots of time on ticket machines instead of fun ones. Decorations just had a blank space where sons name should have been. Didnt know they supplied plates and cups so bought them. But the boys did have fun and got a couple of lollies each with their preloaded points.
We've been to visit a few times and it's normally fine, only a couple machines/games will be out of order. We went yesterday and the majority of machines were out of order, one of the cranes took the money and didn't move it but thankfully the staff were super helpful with resolving that issue. Kinda sucked though for most of the games to be out of order especially during school holidays
