I had a great experience at Timezone Northpoint! The staff were friendly, approachable, and helpful throughout my visit. Special thanks to Shakir, who attended to me with patience and professionalism. He took the time to address my concerns regarding Timezone points and made sure everything was clearly explained. We love to spend time here as a family! There is a variety of games for different age groups and my kids are 10, 7, 4 and 2! We love to spend time here and play different games together. Love the promotions they have for members too!
Really enjoyed our experience at Timezone Northpoint! Special thanks to Azriel for the great service. He was really friendly, helpful, and patient with us throughout. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure customers have a good experience. Really appreciate his effort and positive attitude. Thank you, Azriel! 😊
My child got a deep cut on her leg because they left the damaged machine at the premise and just use masking tape over it. The child merely just walk past and don notice it and gotten a big cut on the thigh. When I informed the staff. All he did was passed me a plaster and continue with his work. No help was given to us thereafter. Seriously they are not taking the place safety as their main concern, but continue to leave the machine there.
Excellent place for kids and adults! My kids love this place and we share a lot of memories
