My child got a deep cut on her leg because they left the damaged machine at the premise and just use masking tape over it. The child merely just walk past and don notice it and gotten a big cut on the thigh. When I informed the staff. All he did was passed me a plaster and continue with his work. No help was given to us thereafter. Seriously they are not taking the place safety as their main concern, but continue to leave the machine there.
I had a great experience at Timezone Northpoint! The staff were friendly, approachable, and helpful throughout my visit. We love to spend time here as a family! There is a variety of games for different age groups and my kids are 10, 7, 4 and 2! We love to spend time here and play different games together. Love the promotions they have for members too!
