Gift truly does live up to her name, she was wonderful, accommodating and made nothing feel like a problem. She made Hayden's birthday party a great success, everyone had fun, she clearly has done this before because she knew the plan and kept things running smoothly
We recently held a birthday party for our two sons at Timezone Plenty Valley, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Our party started at 1:00 pm, but we weren't given access to the party room until around 2:45 pm, and even then it was delayed because the staff were still cleaning up after the previous party. We had around 30 children and their parents, and during that time there was nowhere for our guests to sit, relax, or even put their jackets, bags, and other belongings. Party host: Gift, she was truly a gift giving. She was so easy going and she truly made the birthday party fun for the boys. It was great to see a host that loves being there which is very rare nowadays. She made the party for the kids more fun. Thanks alot Gift for being so warm and easygoing! TIMEZONE party for our son and Ishaan was a terrific party host. Could not do enough to help our guests and make sure they all had a great time. Was great at explaining party to both adults and the kids. Was polite, professional and great fun. Made our son's day.
We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughter’s 8th birthday on 6/3/26! Our host, Nithya, was absolutely lovely—friendly, energetic, and kept the kids entertained throughout the event. The children had an amazing time with her. Nithya is very active and works incredibly hard to make an event truly special. We would appreciate having extra staff to support her during meal times, as she is constantly on the go to ensure everything runs smoothly.
