There are two Timezone arcades in MoA and the card works at both. Although they are not next to each other, the games available are pretty similar. It can get super busy on weekends, and the one near Mary Grace is packed with games so it can be difficult to navigate if you have a stroller or a disability. Good Customer Service. And they are all approchable and very polite. They are also proactive in assisting us to play more efficiently on the game machines.

Very good experience and super helpful crew members specially Pao, who proactively refill some tickets into the machine because it ran out of it. Definitely will go back again

The staff named Jerome spoiled the image of this outlet. He was rude and sarcastic after I asked him to help me adjust the toys in the claw machine since I had spent a lot already and can't even get a single toy. Although he helped me in the end he made the arrangements even worse as we was already angry and very lazy to help me. I will no longer come back here and do not recommend this outlet at all. Timezone is a video arcade combined with a claw machine arcade with simple arcade game machines that dispense tickets which can be redeemed for plushies, small kitchen appliances and toys. It's good family fun
