Just had our sons 9th birthday here today and we cannot speak more highly of Theo! Such an attentive young man that ensures everything ran smoothly, he constantly walked around the venue to ensure he had eyes on all our kids as there were many! The manager was super helpful adding on kids and taking care of getting food out in a timely manner to a hungry bunch. Thankyou Sunday Crew you made everyone's day 👌🏻🎉
Amna was a wonderful host and the kids had great fun! 🤩 5 star. Feedback on your booking system is that it doesn’t work. We were given a link to ask parents to register their kids but there is absolutely no-where to check who registered. We rang the establishment twice and no-one could figure out who had registered or even where you find out. Secondly we were charged for 13 and told they could easily refund 2 people but this process took more than 30 mins, the computer froze and they ended up having to give us a gift card ... read more

Selin was our party host. Her professionalism, kindness and patience with our group was wonderful. She also kept a loose eye on the kids and played games with them also. Couldn’t fault the staff but the food was definitely sub par, barely edible. Luckily we anticipated that and so did the other parents the kids didn’t really need to eat. We just wanted them to get gathered after the games were finished so we could sing happy birthday and do cake. All in all a great venue for a party with enthusiastic young staff.
My son had an amazing party with Selin as our party host. She was lovely, kind and attentive with our guests. We had some last minute changes and add ons and she facilitated them all without a hitch. Thank you Selin for making my son's party unforgettable ☺️
