This place is great! It has a great vibe and atmosphere aswell as aura. There's a wide variety of machines to have fun with friends. The 2 player rhythm games they have are especially fun so much so that there's a gaping hole in my wallet or there would be whenever the next triple dollars comes around. The manager is very polite and friendly but also sometimes super scary when I had issues with the app he was very quick to help, they should give him a raise. Amazing arcade with heaps of games and awesome prizes. There was an issue with my card here but the staff were amazing and super helpfull during the incident and helped me out to get the issue sorted quickly. It's not very busy so a nice arcade to relax and pkay some games with friends and family or do some bowling and just enjoy a day out. Best arcade in New Zealand that I've been to and 100% recommend you pay it a visit.

We had a fantastic time at Time Zone The Base for our grandsons birthdays. Ciaran and Kurtis and thier mates loved the variety of games to play as part of the party package. Claudia was an amazing party host! Claudia was very patient with the children 🙂 especially the ones who looked a bit lost times. Claudia checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything. Great job by the whole team as well. Thank you so much for the personalized birthday cards, both of the boys loved them 👍

We had a super fun time at Timezone. We initially came in for the 30-minute free play for $20, which is always a great way to start, we usually do this so we can run around and enjoy a few games, then top up our card for anything we didn’t manage to play in that time (especially claw machines which aren’t included). The staff member explained everything really clearly. We later came back to top up our card and another staff member let us know about a $120 value for $40 deal if we signed up. I had my daughters birthday party here and it was amazing. Our party host Claudia was wonderful and made the whole day so fun for the kid's and made it easy stress free for me. She really has a way with the kid's and made my daughter feel very special. Thank you so much!!
