It is awesome to have a party host taking care of the cake cutting and hosting duties. Visited recently and noticed some children placing their feet on arcade machines without staff intervention. Hope the team can monitor the area more actively and maintain regular cleaning/disinfection so the machines remain pleasant for all patrons.
We recently celebrated my child’s birthday at the Waterway Point outlet and Javier was an amazing host! He connected with the kids effortlessly and kept everything on track, despite the tight timeline. That said, I do agree with a point from a previous review regarding the timing. The back-to-back scheduling left us with little time to fully enjoy the celebration in the room.
