My daughter had her birthday party at zone bowling dee why and our party host Ashleigh was absolutely wonderful! She kept our very excitable bunch of little girls entertained and was so kind and friendly. She greeted us with a huge smile and we could tell she genuinely loves her job. The party structure was great as well with the game of bowling first followed by food and cake, as that gave the kids a chance to sit down and rest before the gamezone area. Thank you so much. Wonderful experience!
Maison, our host today was lovely and looked after our part really well! The girls had the best time and it was a fantastic 10th birthday. Recommended for any group size, we were 10. Thank you team!
We had the best time. It was so well done. The 10 (6yo) girls were entertained the whole time. Our host, Mason, was incredible. Great with the kids. Remembering all of their names and making sure they were well looked after. He went above and beyond for us for the whole duration of the party. We’ve had several parties at Timezone over the years for our two kids, but this time was by far the best thanks to our incredible host, Ellie! She was amazing with the kids, took care of everything effortlessly, and made sure everyone was having a great time—all with a big smile on her face. Nothing was ever too much trouble. had an excellent time at zone bowling on sunday night! after watching the world cup at the RSL, we popped downstairs to Zone Bowling, where we were greeted at the counter by Gemma. She was so lovely and made the booking process seamless! along with that, she made sure all our needs were looked after, asking us how our experience was and if we needed anything. she made our experience truly a 10/10. no better way to spend a sunday afternoon, especially with such great customer service.
