Kallum was really helpful and friendly. He showed us the different packages that we can get during our visit in Timezone Albion Park Rail.
Took my little sister here while she was visiting from Sydney and it was fantastic! Amazing vibe and the staff were so nice! Shout to Kallum for helping us out! Had such a great time at Timezone! The whole place has an awesome atmosphere, and it's the kind of venue where you can easily lose track of time because you're having so much fun. A massive shoutout to Brooke and Jayden—they were both so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Their customer service was outstanding and really made the experience even better. Honestly, Brooke and Jayden deserve a huge pay rise! They’re a real credit to the team. Patryk is an amazing birthday host at my son’s birthday party, he was friendly, cool and calm the whole time, allowing an enjoyable and stress free time for the parents. He organised all the activities in a timely manner and finished off with the food being served on time and assisting with the cake in such a professional way. The boys and the parents at the party all loved having Patryk as the host. I highly recommend him.
