Our son had a 9th birthday party at Time Zone Robina. It was a huge success and the staff were fantastic. The party room had its own private bathroom and the kids loved imaging Laser Tag. Gen and Jamie were so helpful and did everything from supervision to cutting and serving the birthday cake. To be extra careful, we had a parent stood in the main entrance, to stop any kiddos from accidentally escaping for peace of mind. Great venue. Thanks Gen and Jamie, you were so helpful and kind.

Evie was absolutely fantastic and made Adelaide’s birthday party such a special day! From the moment we arrived, she was warm, energetic, organised and had everything under control. She kept the kids engaged the entire time, made sure everyone was included, and handled the party activities seamlessly. Had fun but please make sure your staff aren't so aggressive at asking guests to leave at 10pm. I understand people need to go home after their shift but we felt quite intimidated and abandoned our last song on Taiko even though we swiped before 10pm. We were treated like naughty school children. A friendlier approach to this would be appreciated.
