From start to finish my loan was closed in less than 30 days. Tim Dunn is a work horse ! He worked on my loan many times in the evening and the weekend. His response time to any questions or concerns were in minutes. He even got my rate lower and moved my closing date up by a week. If you are considering buying or refinancing make him your first call it will be the best decision you ever made.

Tim is a really great guy who is not only very knowledgable in his industry, but also truly cares about what is in the best interest of his client. He has helped me twice to navigate the complex process of refinancing as a self-employed individual, and thanks to his help, I have significantly lower payments even after a cash-out refinance. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is considering financing or refinancing a property.

I refinanced my rentals and my primary residence. Tim quickly responds to questions and was able to get very good rates for all three loans. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Had a great experience working with Tim and his team at SMP. They made it very easy. Used my VA loan to buy my first house and it was pretty painless. No surprises. I put zero money down and got a good rate. It’s been almost two months now that I’ve been living here and I’m really happy with the new home and how affordable it is.
