I was struggling with renewing my old passport, i wandered into Timpsons at Beverley with the intent of just having my photo taken until the wonderful Sylvia asked if i would like her to process the complete procedure, yes please i said thinking i was in a dream !, 20 minutes later it was all done, hassle free, how refreshing to actually interact with real people , can't sing their praises enough

Customer service is absolute first class - the staff couldn’t be more helpful and I would give 10 stars if possible. Well done and keep up the brilliant work 🤙🏽

Had my car keys done here. There was an offer to cut 2 for £75, including new cases and batteries for the remote control. Both keys work great, many thanks!

Chaps were lovely 21/12 and advised me to get one link out of a watch. Watch was a gift. Watch did in fact need two links out in total so took it back 22/12 asking for another one out as still too big and got charged again!!! Really poor customer service as it was the chap who worked there that advised one link needed removing when it did need two! Oh well we know for next time. Tip for running a business don’t let greed overtake service as service won’t return.

Upon initially submitting my blazer for stitching, the staff members at the counter provided assistance and informed me that I could expect the item to be ready within a week. Specifically, I was advised that it would be processed on Monday and available for collection either on Wednesday or Friday, corresponding to the designated delivery and collection dates.
