I had a great experience at Timpsons Sunderland. I needed both a key cut and my favourite pair of shoes repaired. Dave was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to ensure everything was done as I had requested. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable and professional service. Popped into jacky whites market to see about altering a pair of boots spoke to Dave who had a look at what i wanted doing then said give me an hour and I'll have a go.went back later to pick them up and I was amazed at the result you would never know they had been altered. First class service and a first class job. Thank you Dave.
