I have never experienced someone as helpful and brilliant when it comes to dry cleaning as Debi at Timpson in Morrisons Boroughbridge. She went above and beyond to help me fix a dress that had both a watermark and a stain, just before Christmas - and somehow managed to save it, even though it was a material where watermarks usually never come out! I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the care, time and help Debi have me. I had a wine stain in a brand new expensive dress from a party and she went above and beyond to sort it out. My dress is looking brand new again- thank you Debi for trying everything!
Hate to say the lady that served me was rude and unhelpful. Not the usual service I get from my local timpsons.
