Lovely staff member in this shop so helpful and always willing to find a solution to a problem. A star service is always given by the young man who is usually working on the shop. The only issue that I had was that the store was blocked and out of sight by a very large market stall selling pasties cakes etc. This is a shame as I am sure there would be a lot of lost trade because of this for people who do not know the store excists.
The staff in this store are very knowledgeable and helpful, they always provide great customer service and are happy to answer questions

Daughter’s car key was badly damaged & unable to use electronically. He replaced the casing & I was surprised & pleased to not have to pay for a whole new key to be reconfigured. Prompt & efficient, friendly service as always. Customer service as it used to be in the good old days - do what they say they will & with a smile 👌🏻. Thanks again!
George was extremely helpful and sorted out two old watches that I needed new batteries and straps for. Quick, efficient, friendly and fairly priced. Would absolutely use again.
