Car key broke went to Timpson Morrisons doncaster who were helpful. But the problem was to do with the board so he referred us to Edenthorpe. The guy tested it and even tested the car. Very friendly very helpful. He went well our if his way to help us even though it was very very busy but he did not get flustered. And FOC. He really made our week !! Cannot thank him enough . Restored our faith in humanity for sure.if there were 10 stars he would get 10 stars!
Amazing service I would no go anywhere else to get my shoes sorted - he fixed my dr martins for me and now I’m able to wear them all in time for summer. Really great service and I’ll be fetching all my shoes over to get them looked at thank you so much very happy customer
Edenthorpe, Doncaster. Timpson's. Today called in for a new watch battery. The man said there would be no problem. Offered me a lifetime battery offer which I accepted. I called back in after fifteen minutes and my watch was not ready. He said he couldn't complete the job as his equipment had broken. He didn't mention this earlier. TBH I wouldn’t even give them a 1. Got 2 keys cut for my Mums lock they didn’t work. Took them back with the lock. He’s shaved them down a bit and he managed to get them to work but they didn’t. You had to force them to lock. His attitude was appalling. Contacted customer care and they weren’t helpful either. Went to an independent company who were more helpful. I would never use this company again. RIP off
