Today I took my quite old watch in for a checkup as it was running slow.The man who served me was polite, very helpful and extremely thorough. He checked absolutely everything and explained what he was doing as well as chatting with me. I am now the owner of a healthy, repaired watch which is very important to me as it was my mother's. Went in to get a new battery for my watch and a couple of new dog tags. Both of them completed while I did my shopping ready to pick up when I'd finished. Great service in a really handy location.
Jon did an amazing job at repairing my shoes. He cleaned them up too. They look brand new! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10 would recommend. I will definitely come back.
Would not cut a car key that they didn't supply. Wanted to change £50 to supply v £5 that I paid for the same key! Rip off customers!
Popped in with a "wooden" car key and jon was awesome in explaining my options to get a replacement he took the time and effort to replace batteries, clean the "fob" all with no charge! I think i actually interrupted his lunch too, honest customer service at its best - Thank You!
