The guy who works here has the competence of a cat trying to operate a toaster. I believe he was under the influence of substances. He accused me of lying that my key worked when I took it to the shop, what should've been a quick 15 minute job turned into a 2 and half hour ordeal. The guy then admitted to my Mum when I left the shop that he could've lost the bits in the shop himself. This was after he accused me of lying about the key working. This review is specifically for the Morley branch. Originally got 3 keys cut at the White Rose branch and only 1 of them worked. I went back to get them re-done and they still didn't work. I then tried the Morley branch and was served by Ben and they now work. So thank you Ben for your help! He was very patient and helpful

The gentleman at your Morley store was friendly, extremely helpful and totally professional and did an excellent job soling and heeling my Loake Boots. A different operative was there when so collected my boots. Again, I received a truly excellent service. Thank you.

Called in yesterday wanting a necklace engraving, it proved tricky but the young lad said leave it with him and call in today, I've just collected it and he's managed to do it I'm so pleased especially as he said it took him a couple of hours to perfect. Amazing friendly customer service thanks so much!

I went in with a designer backpack that the strap had snapped on. The guy working that day has really helpful and managed to attach the strap back on to the bag for me.
