I went to Timpsons at the common, ecclesfield today to get a key cut for my 1998 Nissan Micra and Deano did the most incredible job going above and beyond to make sure I left with a fully working key for my car! Such an incredibly polite, patient and helpful bloke, he went above and beyond to make sure I got all I needed sorted and I'm beyond happy. Thankyou again to Dean for all your time and effort, an incredible man and a vital asset to the company for sure!

Went down today and was served by Dean - This man was amazing, he made me feel right at home and was able to make sure my watch fit the way I want it to. 10/10 for Dean! Thanks again 🙂

We called at the Ecclesfield branch with a snapped car key and no spare, Dean who works there went absolutely above and beyond to help us out and did exactly what we needed. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism, his knowledge and his time and expertise. Timpson take note.... this guy is your number 1 employee... look after him

I went in yesterday to have my stainless steel watch strap resizing. I had already been to a budget friendly shop but that person could not take out the links. I got served by Theo who was at the ecclesfield store and was humorful and polite. Within minutes my watch had been repaired and I didn't even have to leave my watch with them. Thanks alot. Highly recommend.
