I came here today (28/12/25) to get a new car key battery. I’m a lone female and quite honestly, the guy I met was so beautiful 🥹 he was so genuine and sorted my key out within half an hour, but his manner was so genuine and kind. Merry Christmas to him and his family. Thanks so much 🖤 xx
Really disappointed with this place. I came the first time to cut a pair of keys and the person I met said they didn’t have the key blanks that I should return later as he had to order it in. Later in the week I returned again and met a different man who said they did have the keys and then cut 2 out of the 3 I needed. He said to then come back again so I can have the last key cut as they were expecting more blanks. Visited today with 2 watches and a broken car key. Fantastic service and very reasonable prices. Gave great advice, will definitely use them again.
I went to Timpsons at the common, ecclesfield today to get a key cut for my 1998 Nissan Micra and Deano did the most incredible job going above and beyond to make sure I left with a fully working key for my car! Such an incredibly polite, patient and helpful bloke, he went above and beyond to make sure I got all I needed sorted and I'm beyond happy. Thankyou again to Dean for all your time and effort, an incredible man and a vital asset to the company for sure!
Went down today and was served by Dean - This man was amazing, he made me feel right at home and was able to make sure my watch fit the way I want it to. 10/10 for Dean! Thanks again 🙂
