Had new grips put on my shoes. Found it a tad bit expensive but great service and the shoes will last me a lifetime so worth doing it.
Went in today to get new batteries for my Jacob & co watch. The young lady behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. I've previously took it to another timpson in Broadstairs and as the inner workings were so intricate the man there refused to do the job once he opened it up (to be fair I don't blame him. It's nice to know the gentleman knew his limitations and didn't want to risk damaging the watch). This lady however done an exceptional job and I even brought a new strap. I highly recommend her. I went to Timpsons in Alexandra Gardens Folkestone, after my boot’s sole detached from the upper. The two gents who were working were both very friendly and helpful. Fabulous customer service.
