Went in as I was having trouble replacing the battery in my car key so I brought the key in and the batteries I'd bought for it. The guy in there was very helpful, quickly replacing the battery and getting it to work. Was only in there for a few minutes and at no charge.
I had several keys cut for a new lock, none of them worked so I returned them to the Tiverton branch and explained this, the member of staff just grunted at me, so rude, didn't make eye contact with me at all and didn't even apologise for the fact that the keys work, he did recut them for me but I certainly won't be returning, there are other places in Tiverton that offer these services without the attitude!!
I went into Timpson’s this morning to get a battery for my husbands watch. The customer service was appalling, he just grunted do you want a year or five year guarantee. No thank you, or goodbye, will not be returning ! 3/7/25
Went in for a full leather sole, was told they could have it ready for the next day! Shoes looked like new when I got them back. Fast, polite service and a top quality job, highly recommended!
Had a key cut. £25 . Its didnt work . So after another try , it still did not work. Timpsons were good and did a refund. Just down the road, same key, cut for £7.
