Went in to the Sleaford branch with my Dad today to have a link put in a new watch strap. The young lady who served us was brilliant. She suggested alternating the links as they were different colours and she did a brilliant job. We had a good chat and a good old belly laugh with her. It's refreshing to see someone take great pride in not just their work but also in their customer service. There is no parking outside but if you park in Moneys Yard, it's a two minute walk down the high street.

I went in the sleaford branch on the high street as i wanted a photoo calendar doing and as i walked through the door the chap looked so fed up and was complaining that he had to Mansfield and had to drive back agai and it sounded as if he had little experience in using the photo machine. Whilst i was there an american man came in to have is watch readjusted but there was a man behind him and the man was hard of hearing or couldntnt undwrstand the staff member and the staff member talked to him as if he was deaf and stup... read more

Wanted a pressure check on a watch before I took it swimming. The man in Timpson's did it on the spot. No charge. He was polite, friendly and professional. Excellent service. Will happily deal with them again and happy to recommend them to others.
