Always fantastic service and great prices at Timpson Sleaford! The people who run the place are incredibly knowledgeable and really nice- we have been going here for key cutting, repairs, shoe resoling etc for years, and I've always had the best experience. Sorted out my dodgy car key once again today in no time- thank you so much- highly recommended.

I called in to ask for advice reproducing a photo. I'm a total technophobe but Bill helped me through the process very patiently. I was delighted with the outcome. Bill was very helpful & pleasant, a real asset to the business. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

So pleased with the service I received from Bill ("Bill I Am" it said on his badge). The battery I had recently bought for my car remote had run out in only a few weeks, but luckily I'd kept the warranty card. Bill was very apologetic and changed the battery free of charge, no questions asked. He also changed my watch battery and cut a key for me - all under 3 minutes! Incredibly efficient service with a friendly smile. A very happy customer!

Got Bill to cut a key for me. It didn't work, but Bill gave it a second go. Still no luck. Then I realized my mistake. I had given Bill a key that was already a copy of the original. It worked in the lock, but was sticky. Copying it magnified the slight error and so gave a key that wouldn't work. When the penny dropped I gave Bill the original key, and the copy he made worked first time (of course). All that hassle for no extra charge. Wonderful service.
