Just popped in for a battery change to my watch. So pleased I bought a lifetime battery plan a few years ago. Great value as a one off payment and then free battery replacement for as long as the watch exists. Usual friendly and helpful service from Timpsons again today. ☺️
Excellent service, I thought I needed a new watch strap but needed adjusting. Very polite, refused a tip but said I could donate to charity instead. I will definitely shop her again!

We've had several failed attempts to get a key successfully cut at other branches. The guy at Tavistock had a couple of tricks up his sleeve that did the trick. Finally we have a working spare key. Thanks for going the extra mile.
What a Top fella served me. Called over half a dozen locksmiths as bike key snapped in the tank. Only 1 would do it and was double the price. Took 2 mins and started first time. Come here if u have key issues.
