Absolutely delighted. I've had my lovely Hotter boots for about 3 years, and when the soles began to split it looked as though they were going to have to go. But Timpsons have done an amazing job. I can't begin to say how pleased I am. Thank you so much!!
Very cheerful and friendly staff. I took a pair of fairly expensive boots in for repair. The man I spoke to was able to tell me exactly what he would need to do and gave me a quote for the job. When I came in to pick the boots up, The chap showed me the repair. It was clearly done to a high standard and for under £8. I would highly recommend Timpson Truro
I had my watch battery replaced and after paying I left the shop without taking my watch. It wasn't until I got home some 60 miles away that I realised my forgetfulness. After contacting the shop and speaking to Gez nothing was too much trouble for Timpsons to return the watch via the post. Thank you very much for your service.
Timpson in penzance sold me a key that was cut with an extra 1/2 an Ince of surpass metal on the end. Obviously it didn't work...... I go back I'm told it's very odd I was sold this... Refund. Happen to be passing Timpson in Truro..... They have cut a key that only works from the inside..... How useful, so my partner can lock himself in but not get in or lock the door when he goes out. The most ridiculous service it's a joke actually. Avoid Timpson. £10 for keys that either don't go in the door atal or work one way...... Abs... read more
Took my work boots in to be resoled. Cost £70. After 2 weeks the new soles were separating from the boots. I took them back and their reply was that they were steel toes and they shouldn’t have taken the job. Left the boots with them to be fixed. 2 weeks later I went to pick them up and they were already separating when I went to collect them.
