Went in to this branch just outside Sainsbury’s in Letchworth 10 days ago I was a loyal customer is Timpson I have used them lots over the years. The shop assistant was beyond rude and unpleasant I walked in he faced with his back towards me with his headphones in and said what do you need. I explained that I needed my car keys button fixing the guy took one look and in a rude uninterested manor said only thing we would do is smash it open and replace the whole shell for £80 and would need to see if he had the shell follow... read more

Went to get watch battery replacement. I have a timpson lifetime guarantee card. The guy here said case number on card didn't match the watch, although though it has been changed here before by the same guy. Went to the one in town and guess what case number did match. Don't use the one at Sainsburys.

Only 3 star as previous times have been perfectly fine, just been told my key will cost £30 or 'he will do me it for free if I get him lunch from burger king' was a no from me

Went in two seperate times to put a shoe in for repair and to retrieve them. Served my two seperate Gentleman and both were very welcoming and helpful. My boots are great again also :) was best pleased it was only £10, Bargain!!
