"I brought my beloved family heirloom watch to Timpsons for a simple battery replacement, only to have it irreparably damaged by the careless and unskilled hands of their staff. Not only did they pry the watch open in a way that caused extensive damage, but they also clamped part of the seal with the back lid, making it impossible to repair.
