Don’t not ever expect anything from this shop. Complete let down and unable to engrave a trophy after 4 days. No communication. No apology. Stay away.
Previous experiences of Timpson customer service have been very good, today the person serving lacked patience, was extremely rude and clearly didn't attend any customer care sessions in his training. I shall give this branch a miss in future. He did manage to change the watch batteries so he gets one star
Asked for flat boot laces ….got them home , opened them …..round ones not flat ….5 mile journey back to change them , told I couldn’t exchange them as I had opened them . Eventually he exchanged them , flat ones ….but barely long enough for the boots …£4. Not good advice , will not use again
Great service as usual from Timpsons in Kenilworth, replacing a watch strap from a selection available and taking the time to swap the clasp so it matched. Thank you!
