Previous experiences of Timpson customer service have been very good, today the person serving lacked patience, was extremely rude and clearly didn't attend any customer care sessions in his training. I shall give this branch a miss in future. He did manage to change the watch batteries so he gets one star
Asked for flat boot laces ….got them home , opened them …..round ones not flat ….5 mile journey back to change them , told I couldn’t exchange them as I had opened them . Eventually he exchanged them , flat ones ….but barely long enough for the boots …£4. Not good advice , will not use again
Super fast service. £9 one normal house key which took 10 secs I reckon!! When did prices go up?

The man in the store was extremely rude and unhelpful. He gave me no confidence in his ability to repair my shoes. A real dinosaur
