3 Keys cut for £20 at this timpsons shop. Expensive. 3 Keys cut for £14 at the timpsons machine in Robert Dyas in Kenilworth... Edit: Basically you pay more for an "experienced" person to cut the key, so are they saying their timpson machines inside other shops are bad/subpar? Unlikely. Pretty sure if the machine at Robert Dyas made a key that did not work, they would have to cut me a new one or refund me. They are probably the same machines used at both places. Robert Dyas is a 2 minute walk from Timpson.
Slight issue with a repair ( lost shoe but dive found). Dave at the Kenilworth branch demonstrated the best customer service I have ever witnessed. An excellent representative of the company
Went to timpsons in kenilworth today . Which has always been a pleasure to go to . There was a new man I hadn’t seen before who was rude and arrogant . I walked out and will only go back when they change their staff . Horrible man who needs customer service training
