Matt at Timpson in Marks Farm Tesco was absolutely fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Although the parts needed for my car keys weren’t initially in stock, he sorted everything out quickly and made the whole experience stress-free. He even stayed open later than he was supposed to so I could collect my keys despite heavy traffic delaying me. Outstanding customer service and a real credit to Timpson. Highly recommended!
Just had my 19 month olds passport photos done. The guy who served us was just an absolute delight, nothing was too much trouble, assured us there was no rush and came up with an inventive wait to get my daughters attention. He made a stressful situation so calm and I am so appreciative! Unfortunately I forgot to get his name!
Matthew did a great job adding links to my watch and fixing up a zippo lighter for me, done by the time i had done a quick shop, very pleasant young man.
