Visited Andover Chantry Centre Monday 19th Jan 2026, great customer service, friendly, helpful but most of all patient when trying to get the passport photo correct to be accepted on the Gov website... well done.... an asset to the company!
My husband and I needed photos for a visa application. We were very impressed by Ian who took our photos and managed to print them for us with very good grace considering that his printer was not working very well and awaiting repair. What a lovely bloke....all smiles even though it was not a straightforward process.
Visited this morning (Friday) to see if I could get some shoes repaired, both shoes had holes in the bottoms all the way through. I had left it until the very last minute as I needed them on Saturday. The gentleman serving explained the quickest was 48 hr turn around. HOWEVER just 4 hours later and out of the blue I received a call saying he had juggled some jobs around and he had completed them. Its this kind of customer service thats brillaint !! Thank you.
