Brand new sandles collected today that we ask for elastic to be added to straps. When we collected them they have cut away the strap completely and put a circle of elastic in it's place elastic is less than a centimeter wede. I haven't even worn the sandles. £60 out of pocket and NO shoes to wear
I visited the Andover store and the gentleman in the store was extremely helpful and accommodating! He mended a handbag strap that had broken while I was out shopping! He did an excellent job! And I was very happy with the results! Thank you 🙏
I needed to get my daughter's passport pictures done and had been extremely anxious about it as she's non verbal, autistic and very limited understanding. The manager went above and beyond to help us and was extremely patient and kind with her. He explained the regulations don't apply to those under 6 which relieved so much pressure even though he got an amazing shot, waited for her to be ready and made the whole experience as stress free as possible!! Great guy
Marvellous, polite, cheerful, helpful service from the guy at Andover Timpson in Chantry Centre, today. Then followed up with a completely unexpected act of random kindness. I had Ian do bits for me for years but he has now retired; however, the new gentlemen, who I met last week, did excellent work for me with very quick turnaround! Very pleased and will be going back
