I was served by Liam at the store near Sainsbury's. Liam helped solve a number of issues in a friendly and timely manner. Liam not only sorted out a broken coat with zipper, but also chased up a new car key. All at an affordable price but most importantly with great customer service.
Liam was so helpful last week, I was initially worried about leaving my hiking boots to be dyed as they are expensive but had gone off colour so I was desperate for them to be freshened up! Liam gave me lots of time and advice to consider my options, so kind and reassuring. Picked my boots up now, they look like new.. Thank you so much Liam!
Needed to get a watch engraved, what a fantastic experience, Liam at the hazel grove store did a fantastic job, courteous, professional, polite, knowledgeable, really pleased with my watch, give this guy a pay rise, a shinning example of customer service.
Told me it was £4 for a new car key battery and then charged me an extra £25 for taking 30 seconds to put it in without telling me or saying anything about it. I paid contactless and didn't even know I was charged until checked bank statement.
Took my daughters watch in for repair, and was literally done and dusted in under a minute whilst the friendly repairman gave good patter talking about bands. Quick and reliable service, thank you! Big up Deftones!
