We’ve been in Sainsbury’s East Prescot road Timpsons today. My Nan had a very sentimental watch given to her by recently passed husband, she visited another local shop and they had told her there was no way of fixing and they would have to send away and cost a lot. She was devastated thinking that it may not be fixed but today I said we’ll call into Timpsons to see if there’s anything they can do. Ian had a look at it and fixed it very quickly. I have been served by Ian today at the shop based by Sainsbury’s Prescot road, knotty Ash, ohhh my god he is the best sale assistant I have never had in my life, polite,helpful and extremely friendly. He has sorted my both watches and offered extra help and services I would never thought off.
