I've just returned home from speaking to Ian, regarding repair advice about my watch. What a thoroughly nice person Ian is. Exceptionally professional, completely honest, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. First time I've been there, and it won't be the last. Visited the shop to get my watch fitted and car keys fixed. I was served by Ian and I can honestly say I’ve never been met with such warming, friendly, genuine hospitality. Ian is one of, the friendliest, professional and nicest people I have ever met in an industry. If anyone in Liverpool needs service from Timpsons, please come to this shop. You’ll leave with a genuine smile.
We went here to get a watch battery replaced. Ian was so kind and generous. We had a great chat and he did a great job on the watch. Will definitely be visiting here again.
I had a great experience at Timpson's today thanks to the man working there — I wish I’d caught his name! I’d snapped a friend’s key in their front door (not my finest moment), and he was incredibly helpful and kind about the whole situation. He cut two new keys for me quickly and with no fuss. On top of being efficient, he was genuinely friendly and made a stressful situation feel a lot less overwhelming. Excellent service — thank you again!
