I have just had a pair of shoes sole and healed at Timpsons and I was amazed at what could be done with a moulded sole. It is a superb job and saved an expensive pair of Clarks shoes that still had perfect uppers. It cost £32.95 and totally worth saving a pair of very comfortable shoes.
Excellent service really helped with a challenging repair and did it in 30mins! Thank you
Walked in late Friday afternoon for a watch battery. Was told pop back in 15, I popped back in 15 and the kind gentleman behind the counter gave me the watch battery and fitting on the house for being last customer of the day. Not sure if this is an everyday thing as I have a few watches kicking around lol, but no jokes aside, such a wonderful gesture and customer service. Timpsons Lowestoft for the win 💪🏼
My fault : replacement watch battery & strap, did not ask price prior.Never imaginaged would be charged £42.90. ! Battery : £27.95 , I live abroad so the replacement offer is really of no use when it needs changing again . Would have be appreciated if this was asked when I was served. Check prices beforehand is my advice .
Really nice friendly staff and nice engraving service
