Walked in late Friday afternoon for a watch battery. Was told pop back in 15, I popped back in 15 and the kind gentleman behind the counter gave me the watch battery and fitting on the house for being last customer of the day. Not sure if this is an everyday thing as I have a few watches kicking around lol, but no jokes aside, such a wonderful gesture and customer service. Timpsons Lowestoft for the win 💪🏼

My fault : replacement watch battery & strap, did not ask price prior.Never imaginaged would be charged £42.90. ! Battery : £27.95 , I live abroad so the replacement offer is really of no use when it needs changing again . Would have be appreciated if this was asked when I was served. Check prices beforehand is my advice .

Terrible service wait time was very long and this tall man with glasses was extremely rude, 4 of us went to get passport pics was promised a certain price however got charged much more. Unloyal man and not sticking to his word do not trust this man and if anyone goes which you shouldn't make sure you know the price you want to pay as he will scam you. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

I have had consistently brilliant service from Timpson Steve. This little shop has so much to offer- In the last month i have replaced car keys & bought padlock, arranged a smart personalised trophy, & engraved a plaque, had watch repairs & batteries, had shoes heeled & soled, even repairing my dog lead. Very fairly priced, not least because Steve gives fantastic service. Jules Shorrock
