Unbelievably good! They're really helpful, very Knowledgeable and really friendly. They have a level of service that's really second to none! Hugely recommended. They fixed a pair of kilt shoes that had fallen apart and managed to re-solder a tine back onto a sandal buckle which saved an expensive pair of sandals.

Callum the guy who works at Eastleigh/Asda Timpsons is really helpful and efficient. I return regularly with shoe repairs and advice on car keys/batteries. He provides a great service and is always cheerful. No question too silly. Thank you Callum.

I went in for a passport photo, but came out uplifted: this really was great service by great people. Friendly; informative; helpful; and, just a simple restoration of faith that exemplary service still can exist on our high streets. (Terrible photo, but I think that’s my fault!) Thank you!

I took my leather bag into Timpsons Eastleigh after taking it to a few other places to get the catches repaired. Nowhere else seemed to have a clue but the guy at Timpsons was absolutely brilliant! What a problem solver! He saw it as a bit of a challenge I think but it turns out it was a very simple fix once he got the parts for the bag! I am so happy with the service here and thrilled I can use my beautiful bag again! The price was extremely reasonable if not too cheap! I totally recommend this Timpsons to anyone! Brilliant little shop. Super friendly and so helpful. I went in after having a key cut at an automated Timpson machine which didn’t work, and another original key which wasn’t working. The gentleman was amazingly helpful and got two new keys cut for me very quickly, and explained the other issue we were having which has since been resolved too. Thank you so much.
