I took my leather bag into Timpsons Eastleigh after taking it to a few other places to get the catches repaired. Nowhere else seemed to have a clue but the guy at Timpsons was absolutely brilliant! What a problem solver! He saw it as a bit of a challenge I think but it turns out it was a very simple fix once he got the parts for the bag! was an amazing experience here, felt welcomed from the start despite being anxious. i came for a shoe cleaning and met guy who handled everything perfectly, and explained everything clearly. i then went back to collect my shoes and they look good as new, customer service was excellent as usual. i will be coming back:)
This is a great little shop. Guy has been so helpful with all sort of different clocks amd watches that have needed repairing or just replacing a new battery. Love that this kind of service is in my home town. He goes above and beyond. Thank you Guy!
Excellent service at Eastleigh Timpsons yesterday afternoon for a shoe repair. The guys couldn't have been more friendly and positive. Regrettably over many years my experiences in various Hampshire Timpsons shops has been very mixed, but yesterday's was up there with the very best! : ) Thank you. (Sue Gray)
I called the branch as the lock button on my car key rob had fallen out. The gent who answered the phone was really helpful and confirmed he could replace the casing. I visited the following day, left my car key with them for half an hour and they replaced the casing, cut me a new key and replaced the battery. They confirmed if there was any issues I could pop back in with the key. I got home and tested the key, which worked perfectly. Great service, highly recommended
