Yesterday I went to have my duplicate key, there was a man in store who helped me, he was a nice man but when i came home it didn’t work. So today i went there with my 15 month kid, there was different man. I told him my problem. He got aggressive to me because it’s heat and said he can’t work, and even he can’t see my key, I requested him politely twice that i came all way from tilehurst on this heatwave, he become more aggressive, feel like he wants to hit me. What a poor experience with Timpson today 25/05 🫩

Went in today to see if they could repair my sandals as the sole and insole were coming apart. Fixed them with some glue while I waited nearby. Very happy with the prompt service 😀

My wife needed two extra holes in two belts. The assistant was really friendly, helpful and handed me the belts back, with the additional holes in, in no time at all. Impressed and grateful. Definitely recommend.

Nice to talk to these people who are in stark contrast to the homeless people plaguing the walk way. Had a watched changed and they fitted a free pin, I may buy a strap but you may be surprised by the services of such a little shop such as phone repairs, house signs, dry cleaning, shoes and watch repairs.

I tried to remove a few links from my watch strap at home but got the tool stuck, the gentleman at the shop was very nice and helpful and fixed it for me on the spot, great service!
