Yesterday I went to have my duplicate key, there was a man in store who helped me, he was a nice man but when i came home it didn’t work. So today i went there with my 15 month kid, there was different man. I told him my problem. He got aggressive to me because it’s heat and said he can’t work, and even he can’t see my key, I requested him politely twice that i came all way from tilehurst on this heatwave, he become more aggressive, feel like he wants to hit me. Went in today to see if they could repair my sandals as the sole and insole were coming apart. Fixed them with some glue while I waited nearby. Very happy with the prompt service 😀
My wife needed two extra holes in two belts. The assistant was really friendly, helpful and handed me the belts back, with the additional holes in, in no time at all. Impressed and grateful. Definitely recommend.
I tried to remove a few links from my watch strap at home but got the tool stuck, the gentleman at the shop was very nice and helpful and fixed it for me on the spot, great service!
These people are scammers because In the past due to personal issues of being targetted and harrased by neighbourhood who got away with causing £300 of damage to my bicycle. I got triggered due to learning disabilities near this store and accidentally knocked over one of the owners motorbikes but yet even though I emailed the owner and apologised they completely ignored this and then scammed me by sending it to the police and asking for £994.
