Went to cut three keys, one of the key doesn’t work and I only found out a few weeks after as it’s my sheds key which I hardly used and went to get something out today. I went back to Timpsons and they said they can’t recut the key as I can’t prove that wrong key was what they cut so I have to pay to cut a new key which makes no sense as it was their fault
We had a non-functioning car key, and in the past we had been told at other locksmiths that it couldn't be fixed. I came to this Timpson's for a second opinion, and Jordan fixed the problem within a minute. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Over charging people went in one day with a watch to get its strap sized cost me £5 and went there 2 days later charging me £20 for same thing.
