Left my watch in to have a new battery fitted but it still wasn't working. The gentleman asked me to leave it with him, came back today, working and blue light discount. A kindness that went a long way. Thank you.

Needed two keys cutting to replace lost front door key. After 9 yes 9 attempts not one of them worked. The keys cut had very sharp burres on the edges which was probably the cause of them not engaging properly Three trips later and a refund was offered. I won't be using Timpsons again.

Made me a new remote van key as mine original one was unusable, The buttons had pushed through the rubber. The key now works brilliantly and I have had no problems getting in and out my van. The key feels much more robust than the old one too. Service was quick and efficient. Thanks very much

Apologies, i have been a bit slow on this review, but like many of the reviews on here i was impressed by the helpful, efficient, Friendly service with a smile from James at Timpsons Beccles. I rang to enquire about a spare key for my son's Polo, at the time they didn't have one in but would call me when in was in. James kept his word and called once one was in, so I went in and James sorted it in no time and called me as soon as it was completed. Top work James, thank you for your assistance.
