Great friendly service from James! My boots had to be sent away for a complete new sole and heel to be fitted. They took a little longer than first thought, but I was kept informed along the way. Very happy with the service.

Made me a new remote van key as mine original one was unusable, The buttons had pushed through the rubber. The key now works brilliantly and I have had no problems getting in and out my van. The key feels much more robust than the old one too. Service was quick and efficient. Thanks very much
