Amazing service from the young gentleman (sorry didn't catch the name) that served us Tuesday 10th Sep 24. A new watch which we had links taken out with from a different store had a an issue with the spring on one of the links which may have just been sent to us like that originally we are unsure however the young man fixed free of charge! Brilliant service, highly recommend

Great service, very poor quality. You may not believe it, but the key on the photo is 5 months old. Rusty and broken.
Took my daughter's winter coat into Tompsons outside Sainsburys Nevendon for a zip repair. They promised to phone or text me with an update on what needed to be done. No phone call or text ever received, apart from a ready for collection text after eight working days. Collected it following day, and when arrived home found no repairs had been made.
