Absolutely brilliant. Needed a new flip car key fob, thought I'd have to book an appointment and return but Andy was so helpful and accommodating. I went for a brew and he'd managed to sort it, 10 minutes with the car and it was all done. Would thoroughly recommend them and will be returning next time I need a key.
I’ve just come out of the Handforth timpson store and had to write a review straight away about Andy. What a nice friendly and helpful man. I haven’t seen as good customer service in a longggg time. (Nothing compared to the miserable/rude bald man at Manchester cross st store) Andy - thanks for your help

I changed the battery of my watch and car remote today, the staff was very clued up guy and smiley. I always have problem with one of my watches, no one can change it but today it was exchanged ASAP. Highley recommended.
