They are always great at this Timpsons. I was in on Monday this week and was served by Andy F, who is always great when he is covering. He is very knowledgeable and has helped me with various watches in the past. I collect watches and have over 50, so I have different jobs that need doing on them. I like that in the past Andy has opened watches in front of me and done the work there and then, which is nice for me to see, having the interest that I do. Absolutely brilliant. Needed a new flip car key fob, thought I'd have to book an appointment and return but Andy was so helpful and accommodating. I went for a brew and he'd managed to sort it, 10 minutes with the car and it was all done. Would thoroughly recommend them and will be returning next time I need a key.
Ryan diagnosed and fixed the problem of my watch after a failed dignosis by another repairer and fitted my watch with a lifetime battery. I am exceptionally pleased with the service I received, Ryan is ever so polite and he phoned me to say my watch was ready to pick up. Thank you Ryan and thankyou Timpsons
I’ve just come out of the Handforth timpson store and had to write a review straight away about Andy. What a nice friendly and helpful man. I haven’t seen as good customer service in a longggg time. (Nothing compared to the miserable/rude bald man at Manchester cross st store) Andy - thanks for your help
Full marks to Ryan at the Handforth Dean Timpsons for helping us today with a replacement proximity key for our Nissan. All sorted out in the time frame he said it would be, even though he had to kneel in a puddle to access the vehicle code to make sure he could programme the key. A saving of £200 over buying from the dealership!! Additionally, we'd spoken to the store a couple of times before we were able to visit, and everyone we spoke to was as helpful & knowledgeable. Thank you Timpsons :-)
