Can't recommend Andy at S170 Handforth Dean highly enough. I had 2 BMW keys with dead batteries and unable to lock/unlock the car. Within the hour he had me up and running with new fob shells and batteries for both keys and all at a fraction of the cost of genuine BMW.

Well today i had the best experience with manager, Ryan. He was kind, cheerful and confident that he could help when i needed a new car key. He did not disappoint and frankly hes a credit to the company! Thank you 🩷

It isn’t often enough that people get praised for their good service and this morning the young lad serving and has served me before is always so lovely and welcoming Makes such a refreshing change so big thank you as you really do make people smile. I don’t know your name but had served a mum with her daughter and the heart shaped glasses and you fixed my son’s school shoe. Kindness and a smile doesn’t go unnoticed ☺️ so thank you again

Popped in yesterday for a quick job I needed doing locally. Ryan was extremely helpful, polite, and efficient throughout the process and completed the job for me in no time. He explained the process and asked all the relevant questions whilst being helpful and friendly. A great asset to the company and deserves praise.
