Absolutely brilliant. Needed a new flip car key fob, thought I'd have to book an appointment and return but Andy was so helpful and accommodating. I went for a brew and he'd managed to sort it, 10 minutes with the car and it was all done. Would thoroughly recommend them and will be returning next time I need a key.

I’ve just come out of the Handforth timpson store and had to write a review straight away about Andy. What a nice friendly and helpful man. I haven’t seen as good customer service in a longggg time. (Nothing compared to the miserable/rude bald man at Manchester cross st store) Andy - thanks for your help

Fantastic service as always. The manager was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He resolved the issues with my watches efficiently. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Full marks to Ryan at the Handforth Dean Timpsons for helping us today with a replacement proximity key for our Nissan. All sorted out in the time frame he said it would be, even though he had to kneel in a puddle to access the vehicle code to make sure he could programme the key. A saving of £200 over buying from the dealership!! Additionally, we'd spoken to the store a couple of times before we were able to visit, and everyone we spoke to was as helpful & knowledgeable. Thank you Timpsons :-)

I was so pleased to meet Ryan this morning at Timpson Handforth Dean. He was very friendly and professional and fitted a watch battery. He was really efficient and I am grateful for the excellent service. Thank you!
