Got my watch resized here, very quick service and fair prices. Timpson have always been my goto for new keys, repairs for watches, belts, shoes, etc.

I had a very bad experience with Timpsons when repairing my shoes. I took them in for a simple sole reattachment and I got my shoes back misaligned to the sole and covered in glue. I took them back to complain about the service and request the rectify it. I was met with a blasé employee who told me there was nothing they could do, despite it being a simple fix of taking the sole off and gluing it aligned with the shoe. Their attitude was terrible. I was absolutely delighted with the service at this Timpson store. Alfie worked wonders on two pairs of boots—truly a transformation—and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the work, combined with the excellent value, exceeded all expectations. I was so impressed, I brought Alfie some sweet treats as a small token of appreciation. Thank you, Alfie and Timpson! Now that I’ve found you, I’ll definitely be back.

Really helpful chap sorted out a few new keys for us. Friendly and quick service. And super convenient located by the Sainsbury’s with parking nearby.

What an amazing experience I’ve had today! Brian is one great man and the way he handled a queue of people with all different needs and had them all laughing on their way out summed it all up. Thanks Brian for your excellent service. I have already recommended you to 3 people and not been home half an hour.
