Brought shoes to cammy that looked beyond repair. Upon my return he had completely transformed them and I was absolutely delighted. Thank you again.
Business response:
Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Susie. Cammy will be thrilled to hear this. We're glad your shoes were completely transformed!
I was served by Daniel today. Took my car key in to ask if it could be repaired as it had snapped. Left this with him as I had nipped in on my lunch break. When I came back to collect he had repaired the key and told me there was no charge! I wanted to pay something and even offered them a tip as he had spent time repairing this but he wouldn’t let me. Please give this guy a pay rise for his kindness and customer service. 10/10!!! Wouldn’t go by this store!!
Business response:
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback! We’re thrilled to hear that Daniel went above and beyond with your car key repair. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words on to him, and we’re delighted you had such a positive experience!
Very helpful staff
Business response:
Thank you for your feedback! We’re delighted to hear our staff were very helpful. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
Asked staff today if they knew where newspapers located (I couldn't find them) response was" do we look like Sainsburys staff?", and ,"Newspapers?", Unhelpful, sarcastic, not what I expect from supposedly customer care trained staff- do better
Business response:
We’re sorry to hear about your experience and apologise for the unhelpful response you received when asking for directions. Please contact customer.support@timpson.com
